HopeCare Chaplaincy Network (HCN) is a mission-driven organization committed to delivering holistic chaplaincy care that integrates spiritual support, mental health care, and human dignity across communities and institutions.Founded by  Rev. Dr. Joseph Kipchumba Kitur, HCN exists to respond to one of the most urgent yet often overlooked needs in society—the need for compassionate presence in moments of suffering, crisis, illness, and transition.
